How should I care for my raw denim?
We recommend wearing your jeans for at least six months before the first wash to develop unique wear patterns. When cleaning, hand wash in cold water with a mild detergent and hang to dry.
Do you offer free shipping on domestic orders?
Yes, we offer complimentary standard shipping on all orders within the United States over $200. International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns on unworn, unwashed, and unaltered items within 14 days of delivery. Please note that items purchased at a discount or those that have been hemmed are final sale.
Can I have my jeans hemmed by 3sixteen?
We offer chainstitch hemming services on all our denim using our vintage Union Special machines. Please specify your desired inseam length in the order notes, but keep in mind that hemmed items cannot be returned.
Where are your products manufactured?
The majority of our collection is produced in the United States and Japan. We work closely with small-scale factories that prioritize ethical labor practices and high-quality construction.
How do I determine my correct size?
We provide detailed measurement charts for every product on its specific page. We recommend measuring a similar garment you already own and comparing it to our size guide for the best fit.
